The upper lever still performs the same function, but now it swings both ways. Pull it with your finger or push it with your thumb - you choose. Longer main lever with improved lever shape and ergonomic touch points for improved ergonomics and easier operation. A more crisp shifting feel offers more feedback to the rider.
