Merida Ride 100 Juliet (2017)

The 2017 Merida Ride 100 Juliet is an entry-level road bike. Kitted out with componentry from Shimano, Maxxis, and FSA, the 100 performs above its weight: quick, clean shifts, precise braking control with the dual pivot calipers, and fast acceleration thanks to the light alloy wheels and smooth Detonator tires. The frame is aluminum, paired with a carbon fork to offer a skosh of resilience; that, combined with the relaxed geometry, delivers a comfortable ride that's efficient to boot. Its metallic blue finish with black pinstripe graphics is very sharp.
A very good beginner's road bike.
