Merida Big.Seven 300 (2018)

The 2018 Merida Big.Seven 300 is a mid-range cross-country mountain bike. A solid all-rounder, the build includes a wide gear range, smoothly controlled by Shimano Deore shifters, powerful hydraulic disc brakes, and nimble, fast 27.5" wheels. An aluminum frame offers light weight and responsiveness, the stiffness leavened by the cushy suspension fork, equipped with lockout for smooth climbs. Merida has kept the price down by populating the cockpit with its own componentry, the lack of a name brand in no wise reducing its strength or reliability.
