Features | Our Xenith T2 features full high modulus carbon fiber construction using NACA guidelines
for aero profiles. It's San Diego Low-Speed Wind Tunnel tested and validated, with the rear
brake tucked under the chain stay for a cleaner air flow; internal cables for smooth, clean
aero lines: a seat tube shroud to shield the rear wheel from the wind; and an aero-clean seat
post/seat tube juncture with aero seat stays.
Redesigned seat post clamp that allows more clamping surface contact with seatpost.
Protective alloy/carbon film liner and threaded cam inserts to protect against added rider
torque
All our T-series frames feature a Press Fit 30 BB for lighter and smoother spinning cranks.
It's more aerodynamic than outboard bearing systems since the bearings are inside the BB
shell.
The larger 46mm bore diameter of the Press Fit 30 BB system increases ply compaction
yielding a lighter frame with increased frame strength. The key difference with Press
Fit 30 is how the bearings are fitted into the frame. Bearings are housed in nylon cups
that are pressed into the frame's bottom bracket shell. Like BB30, Press Fit 30 uses the
same bearing that is designed for a 30mm spindle cranksets. Advantages of Press Fit 30:
Improved bearing-to-shell interface, greater bearing durability and simple installation.
Our revolutionary full carbon monocoque WindShield fork encloses the front brake within
the fork blades for superior aerodynamics, with easy-access brake ports to simplify brake
maintenance.
The Xenith T-series carbon seatpost features an aero profile and micro-adjustability for fine
tuning seat angle.
Shimano's Electronic Dura Ace/Ultegra Di2 brings new precision to bicycle componentry. The
increased accuracy, smoothness and reliability of electronic shifting allows the rider to shift
under load while the Electronic Intelligent System calibrates the most optimal point in the
rotation of the cassette and chainring making the perfect shift.
Shimano's Dura Ace Di2's integrated triathlon brake/shifter combo and Ultegra bar end
shifters allows the rider to shift in any position. With the revolutionary base bar brake/
shifter combo the rider can shift while sprinting or climbing which is huge advantage for the
competitive racer.
Shimano has added a new feature to the Di2 family which is the under-stem junction box
which allows the addition of numerous 'plug & play' accessories. The SM-EW90-F has five
ports that are designed to work with Shimano's latest SC-R770 Flight Deck computer via an
ANT+ wireless connection. When paired with ANT+ devices it will show your speed, cadence
and heart rate. As if that was not enough you can also adjust your gears, show the battery
level, perform simple system diagnostics and even program the multi-shift function.
American Classic Carbon 58 clincher wheelset featuring 58mm aero carbon clincher rims,
AC bladed spokes (18F/24R) and AC Micro 58/AC High-low flange hubs with a unique spoke
pattern on the rear wheel that equalizes spoke tension. Add ceramic bearings and titanium
QR's and you have a great wheelset for training or racing
Vittoria's Open Corsa EVO Slick hand-made clincher tires roll exceptionally fast thanks to
their low rolling resistance design.
Tektro's TT-specific brakeset offers a more compact shape for improved aerodynamics, with
cartridge SwissStop pads for superior braking performance.
Profile's Carbon T3+ Cobra drop-bend extensions and SVET Zero Carbon base bar deliver
market-leading adjustability in a supremely light package.
John Cobb is a pioneer in the area of cycling aerodynamics and rider positioning that lead
him to design the V-Flow plus. With the use of a Form Sensor Array TekScan unit, Cobb
was able to plot the exact skin pressure points over the areas that riders use. By analyzing
the pressure points and listening to riders' input, Cobb came up with a saddle that greatly
increases rider comfort and speed. A comfortable rider is a fast rider! |
