The X-24 frame is spec'd with a replaceable rear derailleur hanger for increased
frame longevity.
That suspension fork isn't just for cool looks. It's 45mm of bump-eating,
telescoping travel means greater control & safety for young riders.
Compared to bigger 26" wheeled bikes, the smaller diameter 24" wheels and
shorter 12" frame of the X-24 provides more standover clearance and a lower
center of gravity for enhanced control & safety, so young aspiring mountain
bikers can learn to ride both on road and off comfortably, securely and safely.
Shimano's Revoshift twist shifters are kid friendly & easy to shift.
The double chainring crankset offers increased gear range (14-speeds) with
an alloy outer rock guard to protect the chainrings from contact with curbs or
logs. Helps keep pants and legs clean too!
A full alloy parts package -- including micro-adjust seat post, stem cap,
crankarms, seat post clamp, brakes & rims -- reduces total bike weight and
adds value.
The X-24's XC saddle offers lots of high quality padding for comfort and
control, with a narrow nose so that legs can pedal freely without chafing.
A Shimano rear derailleur and Shimano SIS freewheel assures precise gear
shifts all the time, every time
We've spec'd nut type, non-quick release hubs and seat post clamps, so that
wheels and seats remain securely and safely attached to the frame and fork.
