Giant Anthem SX 27.5 (2015)

For the price tag, the Giant Anthem SX is a capable, quick and decent handling bike. Instead of being super stiff, it delivers a slightly plusher ride and for me, works well on any trail that doesn't involve crazy downhill technicalities (but i'm sure better riders could probably get down with this bike fine). I have found it easy to keep up with friends who were once faster than me on my previous hard tail, and the grip that comes with this suspension setup really improves downhill braking performance. All the giant parts, such as the wheels, dropper post and frame have not had an issue with.
Found some rattling of the internal cables recently, but had that fixed pretty easily and otherwise, no issues.
Perhaps the front end is a little light until you shove the seat forward, found myself doing a wheelie or two on steep climbs while in the saddle, fixed it by pushing the seat forward.  Less
