First introduced to the Swiss market as part of our 2000 model-year line, the original BMC Alpen Challenge quickly became a local legend of urban cycling. In the years since, our first, fast urban bike design evolved into the more versatile alpenchallenge AC02, an extraordinary bike built to face the ordinary challenges of daily life. It combines the speed of a road bike with a mountain bike's heads-up position and controls. The AC02 is designed to be easily equipped with convenient accessories to make every day riding easier.
