Not completely sold on the fox fork which feels harsh compared to the rs revelation on my old bike, I'm experimenting with set-up. The geo is spot on, descends nicely and climbs well too which probably a function of the suspension design. I've put my old gravity dropper post and have tubeless the tyres stans styles, but will need to get some tubeless ready or specific tyres as the honey badgers don't hold air too well. I'm also not entirely happy with the chain guide which has caused a couple of problems. The 2x10 set up won't work for some, but I live somewhere with proper hills so a granny gear is a necessity unless you're on a sub 10 kilo jey-bike.
The bike is heavier than my old machine but doesn't feel it, the lower bb and short chainstays mean the bike feels very lively and agile the 66.5 head angle means it chews up the rough and is stable at speed. I've set a couple of Strava PB's since I got it. Too stable probably as I've had a WRC moment involving too much gravel and a sideways exit over the high side, I need to buy some knee-pads.
Over all I rate this bike, It doesn't have the brand cachet of some friend's santa cruz's and turners, but I don't notice much difference that I wouldn't put down to some fettling of the suspension.
