Liv Alight 2 City (2015)

The 2016 Giant Alight 2 City is a women's-specific city bike. Nicely appointed for the regular city rider, with a rear rack for grocery runs and full fenders for rainy weather rides. Comfortable for casual riding: an upright riding position keeps the eyes in line with the surroundings, and a chainguard and platform pedals welcome rides in any outfit. The build is reliable, an aluminum frame kitted out with a clean-shifting Shimano drivetrain, sure-stopping Tektro brkes, and light alloy wheels clad in puncture-resistant pavement tires.
A very good commuter bike.
