Zipp Titanium Quick Release

Our titanium skewer design is focused on all the details to result in reduced weight, increased clamping confidence and improved aerodynamics. The CFD-designed and streamlined quick-release lever is gun drilled to shave those last critical grams. The uniquely profiled nut further reduces drag over previous designs. Solid brass bushing results in more positive clamping action than plastic bushings.The FEA designed hourglass-shaped titanium shaft is precision machined from the finest 64 Titanium, and utilizes roll-formed threads instead of cut threads to dramatically increase strength while reducing weight. Total set weight of only 62 g.
