Tacx Uma

Uma is Tacx's newest bottle cage in the high end collection. As of 2011 the riders of all the Tacx sponsored Pro Teams will have bikes equipped with this sturdy and stylish bottle cage. The Uma bottle cage teams up with the Shiva water bottle, also new, to form a perfect pair. Uma's design is surprisingly powerful; the metallic look gives the cage a high-grade appearance. The bottle cage is manufactured from an aluminium sheet and then covered in plastic. This production method results in a highly durable and light weight structure. The bottle cage offers a very firm hold on its content, which is essential to cyclists facing rough roads anywhere or the cobbles in northern France or Belgium. Uma was also designed to make fitting the water bottle easy as pie. The carbon version will be available as from 2011.
