Like a knife from those efficient Swiss, the multifunctional Rocky Mountain Solo CX Cyclocross Bike motors through mud, covers road miles, and hauls more than its share. With copious amounts of mud clearance built into the frame along with cantilever Avid Shorty brakes and a flattened top tube for shouldering, the Solo CX comfortably battles it out on a race course during the weekend. But that's not the end of the Solo CX's abilities. Plenty of fender clearance and eyelets for both front and rear racks let the Solo XC pull double-duty during the work week as a commuting road-warrior.
