The 2016 Radius Bikes Petal Steerer 12" is a kid's bike. Perfect for brand new riders, the Petal comes with training wheels and a parental steerer bar, both easily removed when skills advance. Kitted out simply and sturdily, with fat, easy-rolling 12" wheels and smooth tires, offering an untroubled start for small muscles, a single gear, and a coaster brake. The frame, available in pink or purple, is steel, with a low standover height and fully enclosed chainguard.
