The 2015 Radius Bikes Petal Steerer 12" is a kid's bike. Perfect for new riders and their parents, the Petal is very approachable for both; brightly colored and comfortable, simple and easily managed, and equipped with everything a fretful parent may desire, from training wheels to a long push handle mounted just below the seat. Other safe touches include handlebar and stem pads and a completely enclosed chainline.
