The Marin San Rafael DS3 comes equipped with upgrades that won't disappoint. The first thing you'll notice when you look at this bike is its aggressive stance. Add on the hydraulic disc brakes, and upgraded Shimano drivetrain, and you'll got yourself a great all rounded bicycle. The DS3 still uses the 700x40c tire size, but has upgraded tires to the Schwable Smart Sam Performance. These tires in this size will allow you to keep a higher pace, and not be slowed down by some of Mother Earth's obstacles.
The San Rafael DS3 is a great bike for any level of rider. If you have the extra cash, the upgraded Shimano drivetrain along with the safety and performance from the hydraulic brakes are definitely worth the investment.
