For the highest possible stiffness the classic tapered steerer has been increased from 1 “ to 1¼“ on top
and from 1¼‘‘ to 1½‘‘ on bottom. Reverse Dropouts (RDOs) allow for a particular fork design that noticeably improves comfort without losing stiffness and steering precision. New seat post, a variable hanger and variable cable inlets also come into play here.
A further particularity is the rear brake: Being directly mounted to the chain stays means that it offers best braking power and a clear look. The replaceable chain keeper – a chain catcher behind the crank – protects frame and rider from a dangerous chain suck. |
