Fuji Ace 650 Pro (2013)

The Ace 650 Pro's integrated Shimano Tiagra shifting blows away the competition. Tiagra is easier to shift and doesn't require the rider to take his or her hands off the bars. The 650 wheels are just small enough to allow a frame to be built for riders between 4 feet and 5 feet tall.
