Review
Can't decide what bike you want to get? Stuck between an expensive road bike or city commuter? Look no further. The Fuji Absolute 1.1 Disc is the perfect compromise. This bike performed well and I actually found myself getting used to the comfort. The Absolute has the stiffness, speed, and responsiveness of a road bike, but I felt like I had the comfort of a hybrid cruiser. The frame geometry allowed me to take on a more upright riding position, alleviating pressure that's usually experienced in the lower back.
I had this bike going as fast as I could and never doubted the Tektro hydraulic disc brakes to get me stopped in no time. A 160mm rotor up front and a 140mm rotor in back maximize stopping efficiency,
The frame is mount ready for fenders and racks. Add some water resistant panniers and use this bike to commute year round. The satin finish paired with the aggressive frame stance makes this bike look like a force to be reckoned with. You'll look fast, you'll feel fast, you'll be fast.
If you've been on the fence about purchasing the Fuji Absolute 1.1 Disc, then let this be the push you need. Enjoy the ride.
Fuji's Absolute 1.1 Disc offers road bike-like performance without the backache. This flatbar machine is ideal for training, commuting, or urban exploration. The bike features a lightweight alloy frame and a carbon fork. Shimano Tiagra components make up the drivetrain, and parts from KMC, Oval Concepts, Vera, and FSA finish things off. Tektro's powerful hydraulic discs add reliable braking in all conditions.
