Douze Cycles Traveller (2016)

The 2016 Douze Cycles Traveller is a cargo bike. Compact, with a short platform suspended between drive and front wheel, the Traveller rides quite like a traditional bike, with a carrying capacity, including rider, of 200 kilograms. The broad plywood platform is bounded by tubes, offering a secure space, easily fitted for a storage box, child carrier, or specialty use. Drivetrain is the Shimano Alfine internal 8-speed; brakes are the all-condition, sure-stopping Tektro hydraulic discs. Schwalbe Big Apple tires provide confident traction, mounted on a rear 26" wheel and smaller 20" front, keeping the load low and stable.
