The 2015 Bergamont Bicycles Helix 3.0 EQ Gent is an entry-level city bike. Componentry is reliable throughout, including a clean-shifting Shimano drivetrain, sure-stopping Tektro V-brakes, and alloy wheels paired with Maxxis multi-surface tires, rolling smoothly on pavement with high-traction edges for jaunts through the park or along a trail. Very nicely accessorized: front and tail lights are powered by a hub generator, and fenders and a chainguard keep off the wet and the grime.
A good recreational bike.
