Avanti Torrent S1 (2017)

The 2017 Avanti Torrent S1 is a mid-range all-mountain bike. The light, stiff aluminum frame is capably suspended with a mid-travel X-fusion fork and RockShox' ace Monarch shock, delivering a smooth, comfortable ride all day. Kit is reliable and well-behaved: Shimano's hydraulic disc brakes provide sure stopping power, the Zero cockpit offers a sturdy perch, and SRAM's new NX group shifts quickly and cleanly along the 1x11 drivetrain. Wheels are clad in Continental all-round treads, light rolling weight and good traction in most situations.
