The 2014 Apollo Exceed 20 is a city bike. Nicely laid out for zipping through traffic, the Exceed has flat, head's-up seating for an easy eye on the surroundings and broad pavement tires for confident traction on wet or dry streets. Commuters will feel welcome with the lightly padded saddle and platform pedals; no riding togs required.
Kit is quality throughout, from the widely geared Shimano drivetrain, ready for streets of any pitch, to the sure-stopping Tektro brakes for control. Wheels are light, fast-rolling alloy, combining with the aluminum frame to deliver a responsive ride. Included rack and fender mounts make for a simple conversion to a loaded commuter.
