American Classic 20MM THRU AXLE DISC

Bill Shook wanted to make a better 20mm thru axle hub that is adjustable to dial in the bearings. This new hub is the balance between strength to survive the torture of serious mountain biking, and lightness for improved handling. It has a beefy 25mm axle in addition to the 20mm thru axle, making it extra stiff and strong to resist fork flex.

The 20mm thru axle hub uses the patented sleeve technology and adjustable bearings to improve bearing life and performance. Large stout bearings for stiffness and a smooth ride. Built-in stand offs on the disc mounts allow the rotor to mount flat and prevent warping while tightening. Contact cap screws on the axle end to protect the axle and threads. Big 30mm adjuster nut. Strong thick flanges. Double seal system to keep grit and dirt out of the bearings. The new 20mm Thru Axle Front hub has been thoroughly tested and carefully engineered to have it all.
