Description

The 2012 Michelin PRO4 Service Course is a top-end road racing tire. This PRO4 is the direct descendant of the PRO3 Race, with substantial improvements. Now dual compound, the 4 has a harder compound in the center, reducing rolling resistance measurably; the shoulder incorporates new elastomers for increased grip, and has a wider contact patch, the second a benefit of the new, sharper profile. Along with the inherent flat resistance of the high-density nylon, the Service Course sports tough sidewalls for a very durable tire.
A very good road racing tire.

The 2012 Hutchinson Fusion 3 Kevlar ProTech is a top-end road tire. Construction is actually a triple compound, with a segment between the hard center and grippy edge smoothing the transition. Flat resistance is excellent; the Fusion incorporates Kevlar, which, when combined with its high thread count, offers exceptional durability. Available in 700x23 and 700x25, 25 exclusively in black, the 23 also offered in a range of colors.
A very good road tire, light, fast, and durable.

The Continental Grand Prix 4000 S II has been seen as the gold standard in race tires has now gotten even better. The rolling resistance has been reduced to give you some "free speed" while the famous 4000 S puncture resistance has also improved. For the ultimate race tire that won't leave you fearing a puncture at every turn, then you can't go past an old friend in the Grand Prix 4000 S II.

The Schwalbe Durano S HS 376 is a lighter and faster version of the standard Durano to give you that little bit more speed on race day but still giving you great puncture resistance.
