The design ensures excellent rigidity at the chain wheel so that no loss of energy is possible. It is for this reason that the chain wheel has 5 fins ensuring perfect cohesion between the gear teeth and the gear wheel’s attachment points. • EXTRA LIGHTWEIGHT CHAIN WHEELS In spite of their single-piece aspect and their large fins, the large chain wheel remains extremely lightweight (92 grs in 53 teeth). This is obtained through a CNC machining on the inner side of the fin forming like a skin that ensures rigidity without any additional weight. • 4 STUDS HELP IN RAISING THE CHAIN The large chain wheels have 4 studs that help the chain to rise to ensure quick and accurate speed changes. |
