The 2017 Garmin Edge 1000 Bundle is a complete kit for training, including computer, speed, cadence and heart rate monitors, mounts, tether, and USB cable, the last for recharging and communications. The computer is quite compact considering its extensive functionality; it remembers previously ridden routes and compares ride to ride, offers extensive mapping, and records 100 routes, 200 favorite places, and the last 200 hours in detail. Time and distance goals, interval training, and more, compatible with practically all on-bike sensors, Shimano Di2, and smartphones. Garmin offers training regimens via Training Peaks, and notifications through its own LiveTrack.
