Ever worried about your carbon road bike on a really rough road or high speed descent? I went through a stage of checking my carbon steerer before just such a ride - the thought of a failure at speed frightened me. Then you watch Martyn Ashton in the original "Road Bike Party" riding a Pinarello Dogma 2 carbon race bike as used by Team Sky during the Tour de France in 2012 and wonder what I was worried about.
This time the Pinarello's are replaced by Colnago's, but the skills and thrills remain, as ever, unbound. Keep an eye out in the 5th minute: awesome fun!
