Description

The 2017 Trek Domane SLR 7 Disc is a top-end all-road bike. A sprinter, with aggressive geometry and Shimano's fast-shifting Ultegra Di2 drivetrain; a gravel grinder, with Trek's ingenious IsoSpeed decouplers at the cluster and steerer and broad, 32mm HardCase semi-slicks; a climber, with a light weight carbon frameset and tough, slim-rim wheels; and a descender, with a stable cockpit, IsoCore bar, and the ace RS805 disc brakes for precisely controlled speed.
A very good all-round road bike.

The 2017 Giant TCR Advanced SL Disc is a top-end road race bike. Its gorgeous frameset is all carbon, with clean, spare lines, an integrated seatpost, slender fork blades, and a nearly seamless join between fork and frame. Complementing the frame is the kit: componentry includes SRAM's top-of-the-line road group, eTap, providing fast, precise shifting, with small-rotor hydraulic disc brakes offering precise control and steady force on long descents. Giant's own SLR WheelSystem rolls fast and true, paired with 25mm tubeless tires for sure-footed traction.
A very good road racer.

The 2017 Giant Defy Advanced SL 0 is a top-of-the-line road race bike. The light, stiff carbon frameset has gotten a new color scheme, the black-on-gray making the stays look even slimmer. Kit is updated too: the new SRAM eTap drivetrain provides wireless shifts and an intuitive new control mechanism, pairing very nicely with hydraulic disc brakes and Ice-Tech rotors to deliver a machine that climbs and descends with the best of them. Giant's disc-designed wheelset includes ace carbon rims, tubeless ready and extremely tough, spinning up with alacrity.
A very good road racer.
