The 2016 Trek Émonda SL 8 Red is a high-end road bike. Built on a carbon frameset, constructed with Trek's OCLV carbon blend for exceptional efficiency and light weight. Componentry is excellent: SRAM's Red 22 group provides quick, clean shifting and precise braking control, and Bontrager delivers the light, strong cockpit and fast-rolling wheelset, the last clad in slender R3 semi-slicks for confidence under acceleration.
A good road bike.
