Every drop of sweat, every speck of mud on your face, every battle scar—it all shows your dedication to giving it your best on every ride. Bronson satisfies the need to roam with 150mm of revamped VPP travel that creams crusty sections of trail while retaining a lively, playful feel throughout the travel stroke. The new link design and Boost axle spacing enhance lateral stiffness, while shortened rear chain stays, a longer front-center, and steeper seat tube angle offer increased maneuverability and pedaling efficiency for all-day, all-terrain jaunts in the backcountry. A Fox 36 F150 fork and Fox Float Factory DPX Kashima shock keep the tires planted when you need them, and SRAM Guide brakes paired with 180mm rotors provide plenty of stopping power on point-and-shoot descents. The XX1 build takes you into the 12-speed realm of SRAM Eagle power transmission with the XX1 Eagle carbon cranks and XX1 Eagle derailleur. For the Bronson CC, Santa Cruz used a slightly more expensive carbon fiber to reduce frame weight.
