The 2015 Norco Valence Tiagra Forma is a mid-range road bike. Rolling on light, tough alloy wheels, clad in confidence-inspiring Continental Ultra Sport slicks, the frameset is all carbon, fast and resilient, available in a range of smaller sizes in black with purple piping. Componentry is reliable high quality, including Tektro's sure-stopping brakes, Norco's own lightweight alloy cockpit with frame-relative sizing for bar and stem, and Shimano's clean-shifting Tiagra drivetrain.
