Merida Big.Seven XT (2017)

The 2017 Merida Big.Seven XT is a mid-range cross-country hardtail mountain bike. Its light, responsive aluminum frame paired with RockShox' 30 Gold fork provides a fast, smooth ride, gliding over ripples and taking the oof out of berms and drops. Shifting is Shimano's ultra-reliable XT group, including integrated lever/shifter mounts for a clean bar. Brakes are the all-condition M506 hydraulic discs, responding easily to a two-finger pull. The wheelset is tough and true, lacing durable, smooth-spinning Shimano hubs to Merida's own Big 7 rims, clad in Maxxis treads for all-surface traction.
