The 2018 Merida Big.Seven 40-D is an entry-level mountain bike. Welcoming to newer riders, the 40-D sports a comfort saddle, gentle geometry, and a chainguard. The lightweight aluminum frame is light and sturdy, equipped with a cushy suspension fork for a smooth ride on rough trails. Shimano gears and brakes, always reliable, are controlled with intuitive trigger shifters and two-finger levers.
