The 2017 Malvern Star Oppy S1 is an endurance road bike. Built up on an all-chromoly frame, with relaxed geometry and near-flat seating, the S1 stays comfortable all day long. Kit is commensurate: Shimano's reliable Claris drivetrain offers 16 speeds, ready for hill climbs and fast descents, with Promax disc brakes providing sure stopping power in any weather. Wheels are clad in 35mm wide, Kevlar-belted tires, equally at home flying along the tarmac or wending up a fire road.
A good all-round road bike.
