Malvern Star Oppy S 2 (2016)

The 2016 Malvern Star Oppy S 2 is an adventure road bike. Laid out for versatility, with slightly relaxed angles, a wide, shallow-drop bar, wide gearing, and a beefy wheelset paired with puncture-resistant treaded Sprint Shark tires, the Oppy takes on fire roads, gravel, dirt, and anything else you'd tackle with drop bars, with equanimity. The frameset is entirely chromoly steel, with slender tubes, spare lines, and a smoothly raked fork; kit includes Shimano's sure-stopping hydraulic disc brakes and the always-reliable 105 drivetrain.
A very good and intrepid road bike.
