Combining the top features of the Koga's E-bike concepts and the batteries of the Li-ion emerge the E-Tour. To come up with a bike at almost looks just a normal bike would do, the batteries are fitted in its downtube and with its perfect weight distribution this bike is really a wonderful bike. Batteries can even be removed and charged away from the bike.
