The 2015 book Cyclogeography: Journeys of a London Bicycle Courier, by Jon Day, is a view of the city of London from a cyclist's viewpoint. Spanning three years as a messenger, the tales contained within are fascinating and surprising, leavened with humor. From appreciation of the in-the-moment pleasure of riding to literary insights spanning centuries and philosophic wanderings, this is an armchair cyclist's delight. The author is a lecturer in English at King's College.
Educational and enlightening, Cyclogeography is a good read for cyclists, real or imaginary.
