Academy BMX Origin 16" (2018)

The 2018 Academy BMX Origin 16" is a beginner's BMX bike. Sized small to accommodate young riders, it's equipped for full-on BMX: big plastic platform pedals, a free coaster rear hub, an Odyssey 990-style brake at the rear, multisurface treaded tires a full 2-1/8" wide, and a riser bar, proportional to the frame size. Almost all the kit is Academy's own, inexpensive and hardy, ready to take the new BMXer on a wild ride and be ready to do it all over again tomorrow.
