Spot Brand is a U.S.-based bike manufacturer. The catalogue includes mountain, cyclocross, city and road bikes. Spot bikes can be found at dealers throughout the U.S., with a growing number elsewhere, from Europe to South America, or from one of Spot's online dealers.

Founded in 1995 in Canada, Spot went through some rough patches, eventually being acquired by the founders of Avid, moved to Colorado in the U.S., and having its focus transformed. The new Spot makes tough bikes for purposes from errand-running to downhilling to racing on the pavement or in the mud.

Spot has been intimately involved with the development of the Gates Carbon Belt drive system for bicycles since the beginning, and it shows in the company's lineup; single- and multispeed bikes in several disciplines are available with the Gates. All bikes are equipped with 7005 aluminum frames, carbon forks, and high-end componentry; Alfine internal gearing or derailleur systems from Shimano, Kenda tires, and, of course, Avid brakes are seen often.
